Kirby Sewell, BSN, RN
CEO/OWNER
A native of Andalusia, Al, Kirby has her Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Sports Management along with Nursing. Kirby is married to Corey Sewell and they have 2 boys, Maverick (5), Malaki (3) and Monroe (3m). God laid this practice on Kirby’s heart through experiencing the difficulty of finding the services her son truly needed and would benefit from in our area. She is excited to be able to provide these, much needed services, to our area while being a mentor and advocate for the children, parents and families that are needing similar support.

Sera Carnley MS., CCC-SLP
Director of Therapy
A native of Andalusia, Alabama, Sera received her Bachelor of Science in Communication disorders from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2019. She went on to earn her Master of Science degree in Speech Language and Pathology from Faulkner University in 2021. Her education prepared her for therapy across a lifespan. Sera’s professional experience has been centered primarily around pediatric therapy with an emphasis in early language. She loves making a lasting difference in the lives of her patients and their families. She and her husband Trent, welcomed a baby boy earlier this year.

Kaitlin Beverly M.S., CCC-SLP
​A native to Georgiana, Alabama, Kaitlyn received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Auburn University at Montgomery in May 2021. She went on to earn her Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Faulkner University in May 2023. This is Kaitlyn’s second year working as a speech therapist in the Covington County School System. She is excited to join the Andalusia Therapy Group team to help serve children with various speech and communication needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, playing with her golden retriever (Nash), and photography.

Arizona Johnson, OT
A native of Andalusia, graduated from Straughn High school in 2019 before going to the University of South Alabama. She then graduated from USA with a Bachelors degree in Psychology with a focus on health and wellness in 2022 before continuing her studies and receiving a Masters of Occupational Therapy in December of 2024. While completing her studies Arizona found joy in the pediatric setting and is excited to serve her community! She is happily married to Kegan Johnson and they spend most of their time with family or playing with her dachshund (Ollie).

Susie Sims, OTR/L
Native of Andalusia, AL, graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Leisure Studies with a concentration in Therapeutic Recreation. She then continued her studies at USA to achieve her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy. Susie has been an occupational therapist for nearly seven years. Initially working in the geriatric setting, Susie then moved into pediatrics where she currently provides occupational therapy services for Andalusia City Schools. Susie and her husband, Colton, have been married for seven years and have two beautiful daughters, Lottie (3) and Georgia (1), another child on the way, and a dog named Ava. Susie loves people and enjoys coupling her education with her heart for others to help them reach their full potential to live meaningful and satisfying lives regardless of ability or disability.

Macy Williams
Administrative Assistant
Administrative Assistance native of Andalusia, AL, Macy Williams graduated from Straughn High school in 2013. Macy is the smiling face you see when you enter Andalusia Therapy Group. She assists in a multitude of tasks keeping ATG running smoothly. She is the scheduler, answers the phone, and assists patients with insurance related questions. \Macy truly has a heart for children. When she is not at ATG she is working with Andalusia Dance, Tumbling & Cheer and running her customizations business, MW customs.
Macy is excited about the opportunity to help those in her community and is eager to begin providing additional services for Andalusia Therapy Group very soon! Macy is happily married to Stuart Williams and together they have a son, Mitchell (2).
